Return & Refund policy
Make-to-Order Items
All Blacklisted products are made to order. Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or changes prior to fulfillment. For this reason, all sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately through the “Contact Us” page or by emailing blacklisted.jp@gmail.com. Our team will review your request and provide next steps for a return or replacement.
Refund Eligibility
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please:
1. Recheck your bank or credit card account.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
3. Reach out to your bank for additional processing information.

Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email blacklisted.jp@gmail.com.
Shipping & Returns
To initiate any return, please contact us first for authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For international returns, customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.
